NoFuckingTips ("the Site") is a crowd-sourced directory of restaurant tipping policies in the United States. All restaurant information is user-reported and may not reflect current policies.

2. User-Generated Content

All restaurant reports, descriptions, and tipping information are submitted by users based on their first-hand experiences. The Site does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of any user-submitted content. Tipping policies marked as "user-reported" reflect individual experiences and may vary.

As a provider of an interactive computer service, the Site is not the publisher or speaker of user-generated content under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (47 U.S.C. § 230).

3. Reporting Guidelines

By submitting a report, you confirm that:

• The information is based on your first-hand experience
• The report is factual and not intentionally misleading
• You are not submitting the report to harass or defame a business

4. No Guarantees

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Restaurant policies change. Always confirm tipping expectations directly with the restaurant. We are not responsible for any inconvenience or misunderstanding resulting from reliance on user-reported data.

5. Content Removal

If you are a restaurant owner and believe a report about your establishment is inaccurate, please contact us at hello@nofuckingtips.com. We will review and update or remove inaccurate content promptly.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Site to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Harass, defame, or harm any business or individual
• Scrape data for commercial purposes without permission
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse the reporting system

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
